Your Groop Guide
Your Groop Guide is a facilitator with deep expertise in group connection who creates space for everyone to feel seen and heard while helping conversations progress and go deeper. If you would like more time with your Groop Guide, you can purchase virtual 1-on-1 sessions with your Groop Guide.
What’s Included
Six 90-minute live virtual sessions facilitated by a psychology expert
Two 30-minute private 1:1 sessions with your dedicated Groop Guide
Post-session summaries with key insights, action steps, and practical tools to apply immediately

Cohort
Every Groop session is a full hour and a half of guided conversation led by an expert Groop Guide. You will receive calendar invitations for each Groop session listed below.
Goals:
Develop yourself as a psychology-based coach
Learn your unique coaching/leadership style in a growth group of other emerging coaches
Learn practical skills to increase your effectiveness as a coach or leader
Learn from others in a growth group environment where self-reflection and case consultation are prioritized
Offering:
Virtual 6-part series (1.5 hours x 6 Groops).
6 x 1.5 hr virtual sessions led by an expert in psychology
2 x 30 min virtual private 1-on-1 sessions with GG
Post session email summaries of content and action steps / things to try that week
