Schedule 1:1 Session with Galya

Schedule a 1:1 Groop Guidance session!

Each program member can schedule one-on-one sessions with your Groop Guide to ask questions, focus on professional growth, and simply have a private space to talk openly about the things on your mind related to work. If you are not sure where to begin, your Groop Guide will help you start with the prompts below:

  • What is the best part and most difficult part of working on your team?

  • If you could change anything about work, what would it be?

  • In an ideal state, what does professional growth look like for you?

  • When do you feel most and least fulfilled at work and why?

  • What is most on your mind about work? Let's start there.

Each one-on-one session is 30 minutes. Maximum of two sessions per member per series.
